1. Introduction
The Placement Policy ensures fair opportunities for all eligible students to secure jobs in reputed organizations.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Students must have a minimum CGPA of 6.0 or above. Attendance of at least 75% in placement-related sessions is mandatory. Those with any active disciplinary actions are not eligible.
3. Registration Process
Students need to register with the Placement Cell by submitting necessary documents, including a resume, academic records, and ID proof. The registration deadlines must be followed strictly.
4. Recruitment Process
Recruiting companies conduct multiple rounds, including aptitude tests, group discussions, and technical & HR interviews. Students are expected to attend all rounds as per the schedule and maintain professional conduct throughout.
5. Job Offers & Acceptance
Each student is allowed to accept only one job offer. Once an offer is accepted, they will not be eligible for other placement opportunities. Declining an accepted offer without valid reasons may result in disqualification from further placements.
6. Code of Conduct
Students must maintain professionalism at all times. A formal dress code is required for interviews. Punctuality is crucial, and late arrivals for interviews may lead to disqualification.
7. Training & Pre-Placement Preparation
Pre-placement training sessions will be conducted, covering resume building, mock interviews, and soft skills development. Internships are encouraged to improve placement chances.
8. Role of Placement Cell
The Placement Cell facilitates interactions between students and recruiters. For queries or assistance, students can reach out to placement@college.com.
